SHIPPING FAQS

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

By selecting the size you require, the product page will show you when the gloves are expected to be shipped.  Add this to the transit time of your chosen shipping method.  

For example:  

"Ships Within 1 Working Day" + Express Shipping (2 to 4 days) = 2 to 4 working days  (Add 1 day if ordering after 2pm GMT)

"Ships Within 2 Working Days" + Standard Shipping (7-14 days) = 9 to 16 working days.  

We always aim to give you the quickest possible delivery.  We will send you the tracking number of the parcel on the day it ships so you can follow its progress.  Transit times are not guaranteed.


Will I have to pay import duty?

USA:  Our prices do not include duty, however, the value of a typical order is below the threshold for personal imports.  Although US Customs reserve the right to assess duty, in practice no duty is payable.

EU:   Our prices include VAT/MwST/TVA/IVA.  There is no duty to pay.

Rest of the World:  Our prices do not include duty.  Please check with your local Customs authority whether the value of you order will attract duty and local sales tax.


Do I have to sign for the parcel?

All our parcels are sent via tracked services, whether by postal service or courier.  Postal deliveries will require someone to receive the parcel.  Courier deliveries will also require a signature.


What happens if the parcel is lost in transit?

As all our shipments are tracked, it is very rare for a parcel to be lost in transit.  Nevertheless, in the case of non-delivery, please inform us by email or telephone.  If the parcel cannot be found, we will work with you to find the most appropriate resolution.  

Once our carrier has delivered the parcel and has proof of tracking /signature, responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer.


What happens if I wish to return the gloves?

USA:  We offer a FREE returns service. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number and full instructions.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:  Please contact us for a returns authorisation number.  Once this is issued, please send the gloves, at your cost, to our UK-based returns department (click here for details).  Once received, a refund will be issued.  For customers outside the UK, please use customs form CN22 which must be clearly marked RETURNED GOODS to avoid delay of your refund.
 

I need a different size

If you would like an exchange for another size, we'll ship the replacement gloves on receipt of the returned pair.  Please contact us by telephone or email and we'll issue a returns authorisation number and arrange shipment of the replacement.  

There is no charge for shipping the (first) replacement size by Standard Shipping.  

If you require replacement by Express Shipping, a US$10 charge will apply.  

If a second or subsequent size replacement is requested, a shipping charge of US$10 will be applied for Standard Shipping or US$18 for Express Shipping.
 

I would like to exchange for a different style

We offer a free exchange service only for changes of size in the same style/colour.  If you decide a different style would be more suitable, please place a new order.  The original order will be refunded on receipt at our returns facility.
