RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

FREE RETURNS FROM USA

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.

Goods must be returned unworn, with their original labels still attached within 28 days of receipt.

FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:

Please contact us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.  
Send your return to the address below.  The RMA number must be shown on the outside of the parcel.
You are responsible for the return postage cost.  Please retain a proof of posting/return until you receive confirmation of receipt from us.
You must complete a CN22 Customs Form stating "Goods Returning to Supplier".  Failure to do so may delay your return and resulting extra charges may be deducted from your refund.

Here is the small print concerning returns, refund and exchanges - please do read it.


Our normal returns period is 28 days from the date of delivery, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. Please allow sufficient time for carriage.   Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  Goods returned that are not in their original condition (i.e. unworn and with all labels attached) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.  Please see the paragraph below concerning Faulty Goods.

On receipt, we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time of replacement goods if they are not immediately available.  We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt of your return.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

Express Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return (except in the case of order cancellations/withdrawals within the EU - please see EU Distance Selling paragraph below),  however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice.  Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.

USA customers:  Please ship via USPS as per our instructions.

UK customers: Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.  Please ship to our UK Returns Address

All Other International Customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid delays at Customs.  Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. Regrettably we cannot refund international carriage charges, duties or taxes already paid.  Please ship to our UK Returns Address.


Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for $100.00') you will be refunded the discounted value of that item.  In this example, the refund would amount to $50.

Faulty Goods

Good that are faulty on delivery should be returned within 28 days.  A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible and the cost of return postage credited to your account.   If faults become apparent only after wearing or use, please contact us to discuss an appropriate solution:  In some instances, goods are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

 

EU Distance Selling Directive (Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC))

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.  In addition to our terms above, you are entitled to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.  Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you or using a standardised EU return form. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.  Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and have the original tickets and packaging.

 

These terms apply to your order.  We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.  If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
